Auto-Fill Option Values

The Auto-Fill Option Values feature allows you to automatically generate product option values (e.g., color, size, style) based on the differences in your product titles. This helps you quickly create consistent option values for a group of related products.

How It Works

**Step 1:**Add multiple products to a product group.

Step 2: Click Auto-Fill Values.

The system will analyze the product titles and automatically extract the differing parts of each title to use as the option values.

Example

Suppose you have the following products:

• Women's T-Shirt - Black
• Women's T-Shirt - Yellow
• Women's T-Shirt - Green

After clicking Auto-Fill Values, the system will automatically detect the unique part of each title and fill in the option values as:

• Black
• Yellow
• Green

Limitations

This feature works best when product titles share a common structure with only small variations (e.g., color or size).
If the titles differ too much in structure or wording, the system may not be able to correctly identify the differences and generate accurate option values.

Tip

You can always manually review and adjust the auto-filled values after generation to ensure accuracy.
