How to Bulk Edit Multiple Product Groups

This feature allows you to modify option values (such as color swatches) across multiple product groups at once. For example, if several product groups share the same option name, like “Color”, you can easily update specific option values, such as “Golden” and “Sky Blue” simultaneously.

Step 1: Navigate to the Bulk edit Page
Go to Product Groups > Bulk edit.
Here, you’ll see a list of all option items used in your existing product groups.

Step 2: Open Option Details
Find the option you want to edit—for example, “Color”—and click the Settings icon on the right side of the option item row to open the option details page.

Step 3: Edit Option Values
In the option details page, update the color values (e.g., color codes) for the option values Golden and Sky Blue.

Step 4: Save and Sync Changes
Click Save and Apply.

The app will automatically update all product groups that contain the option Color and option values Golden or Sky Blue.
Depending on the number of affected product groups, the synchronization process may take from several seconds to a few minutes to fully apply the changes in Shopify.
